All you need to do is don't add any flavouring or spice or seasoning.

Boiled beef tendons have lots of good collagen and protein

Lamb and Vegetable bowl
1.fry the rice with no salt and only 1/3 of a table spoon of oil
2.fry the lamb
3.boil the green beans and carrots(cut the carrots into bits)
4.put the rice in the bowl and top it with the vegetables
DONE!!
Carrot Noodle soup
2.boil the noodles/spaghetti(without salt)
3.pour out the hot water and let it cool
4.then put the noodles in the juice
DONE!!
Boiled vegetables and fish
1.uncan the sardines
2.boil the broccoli,green pepper and carrot
3.fry the potatoes and squash
4.put all the vegetables in the bowl then put the unsalted sardines on top
5.wait for the vegetables to cool
DONE!!
